Highway 71 at 370th St, Menahga, Wadena County
The Honda Civic was traveling Southbound on Highway 71 when it crossed the center line and struck a Northbound vehicle a Chevy Express Van in a sideswipe/head-on crash. The Honda Civic came to a final position of rest upright on the west shoulder. The Chevy Express Van ran off road in the west ditch and struck a tree.
