South bound Interstate 35e at University Avenue , SAINT PAUL, Ramsey County
The State Patrol is on scene of a rollover crash south bound Interstate 35E At University Avenue. There are no injuries involved in the crash; however the exits to east bound Interstate 94 and south bound Highway 52 will be closed for clean up. All southbound traffic will be diverted to west bound Interstate 94 until cleared.
