Northbound Snelling Ave Ramp to Westbound HWY 10, ARDEN HILLS, Ramsey County
The State Patrol is investigating a crash involving a semi truck and trailer that rolled onto its side. The ramp from northbound Snelling Avenue to westbound Highway 10 will be closed for crews to clean up the scene. No involved parties were injured in this crash, please use alternate routes. The ramp is now re-opened today shortly before 2pm.
