Southbound Interstate 35 at Highway 45, SCANLON, Carlton County
The Volkswagen Jetta was travelling southbound on Interstate 35 in the left lane as the Cascadia Freight was entering onto Interstate 35 from Highway 45. The Volkswagen struck the rear drivers side of the Semi trailer, and spun around 180 degrees facing the wrong direction in the southbound lanes.
