The Mazda and the Honda were both traveling East Bound on Interstate 94 from County Road 143 when the Mazda reduced it's speed for backed up traffic. The Honda was unable to stop in time and rear ended the Mazda. The front passenger of the Honda was transported to St Cloud Hospital with Non Life Threatening Injuries.
