Westbound Highway 23 and 28th Ave S, WAITE PARK, Stearns County

 

Description:

The Ram 1500 was traveling Westbound on Highway 23. The Law Enforcement Ford Explorer was traveling Southbound on 28th avenue. The Explorer was driving routine with no lights or sirens active. The vehicles then collided.
