Northbound Highway 169 at Hayden Lake Road, CHAMPLIN, Hennepin County

 

Description:

Penske truck was stopped in the northbound left turn lane on a red arrow light; the Chevy Colorado traveling northbound in the right lane swerved into the left lane where the Toyota RAV4 was, making contact. The Toyota RAV4 flipped and collided into the Penske truck.
