This fatal crash involved an unbelted/unrestrained occupant.
The Infinity was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed on Highway 10. The Cobalt was also traveling westbound on Highway 10. The Infinity rear ended the Cobalt pushing it into the north ditch, causing it to roll multiple times. The Infinity continued on the roadway a short distance before leaving the roadway and crashing into the tree line. The crash remains under investigation.
