Online applications for new state issued Minnesota liquor permit(s) only.

The method of payment for online services is limited to Credit Cards. Please Note: There is an additonal fee to apply for a new permit online. It is a convenience fee and is assessed and collected by US Bank.
CheckList First
To apply you must first enter your iden number for the license you have.
CheckList Second
After entering the iden you will see your license information. Please click on that information. It will open a window where you can
apply for a new permit. You see a list of permits you are eligible to apply for.
Click on Add New Permit. Select the permit type from the drop down list and complete the process. Click save or save and new if you have
more than one new permit to apply.
CheckList Third
The application is complete after verifying the amount and making payment at US Bank.
It can take several days for Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement to make a decision about issuing the license.
Please understand that until the permit has been approved and received by you the process is not complete.
